These are a priority, essential business tasks, quick wins and easy to deliver. Think about the timescale, if the deadline is imminent, do the task quick sharpish.
Are you an expert at everything in your business? PR, design, print, marketing, customer support, admin. There are experts out there in these fields, use them to get some support and concentrate on what you do best.

Break the task down into small bite size-able chunks, get the easy bits out of the way first, then go for it bit by bit, before you know it that massive task will come together, job done.
Is it a necessary task? Is it something you always do? What would happen if you didn’t do it? Would anyone ask for it, would it be missed? Is there a quicker easier way to find the information, could it be done less frequently – say monthly instead? How would it impact the business commercially if you simply did not do this task? Try it – you will be surprised, I promise you.
Finally, a long to-do list is great for some but stressful for others too. Think about spreading the task across the week pages to help you prioritise.
You could even set out Mon – Wednesday tasks, leave Thursday and Friday free to review those things from earlier in the week, great if you’re a list lover.
